BEFORE THE MOBILITY
Application process
First of all, you should check whether there is an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement between your Institution and the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad or University of Novi Sad.
- Contact your home institution’s International Relations / Erasmus+ Office about the possibility of applying for a mobility grant (including the dates for the opening of the Call, and the required documentation and internal procedure)
- Select the study programme and the courses you want to attend at the Academy of Arts Novi Sad in the Course Catalog on our website.. For any further information on the courses, please contact akademijaumetnostinovisad@gmail.com)
Documents required:
The originals of following documents need to be submitted in English:
- CV
- Learning agreement
- Transcript of Records
- Copy of a Passport
Additional documents:
- Portfolio (students in Fine and Applied Arts)
- Video recording of the music performance (students in Music – Performing Arts)
Before your application reaches us the candidates have to be nominated by a sending university. Nominations are sent by your home institution’s Erasmus coordinator via e-mail and should reach us before you start application procedure.
DURING THE MOBILITY
Once you have been nominated from your University and accepted by the Academy of Arts – University of Novi Sad, uppon your arrival to Novi Sad, you need to do the following:
- Register within 24 hours after entering the Republic of Serbia your arrival at the International Relation Office of the University of Novi Sad – Dr Zorana Djindjica 1 (University Campus) and at the International Relations Office of the Academy of Arts – Djure Jaksica 7
- Register within 24 hours after entering the Republic of Serbia at the Police station in Novi Sad (Bulevar Kralja Petra Prvog 11). You are advised to do this accompanied by the volonteer student (buddy). (see the document below: Regulation of Stay)
